سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع داخل مصر
14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام السلعة: يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع دون إبداء أسباب، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات القانونية وحالة السلعة عند الاستلام.
30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام السلعة المعيبة أو غير المطابقة: يحق للعميل اختيار الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ دون أي تكلفة إضافية، بما فيها مصروفات الشحن اللازمة. تتم معالجة هذه الطلبات خلال أسبوع من التواصل معنا، دون الإخلال بأي ضمان أو حق أفضل للعميل.
الاستثناءات: تشمل حالات الرد دون عيب السلع التي تحول طبيعتها أو تغليفها دون إعادتها لحالتها الأصلية، وتغيّر حالة السلعة بسبب العميل، والسلع المصنوعة طبقًا لمواصفات خاصة حددها العميل وكانت مطابقة لها، والحلي والمجوهرات وما في حكمها، والملابس الداخلية بعد إزالة أغلفتها، وغيرها من الاستثناءات المقررة قانونًا. ولا تلغي هذه الاستثناءات الحقوق القانونية المتعلقة بالعيب أو عدم المطابقة.
رد المبالغ والشحن: يُرد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ما لم يُتفق على وسيلة أخرى. في العدول عن طلب إلكتروني لسلعة سليمة، يتم الرد خلال 7 أيام من إعادة المنتج، ويتحمل العميل مصروفات الشحن وإعادة المنتج فقط في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، ما لم نتفق على غير ذلك. تتحمل Underground المصروفات في حالات العيب أو عدم المطابقة والحالات الأخرى التي يلزمنا القانون بتحملها.

تطبق هذه السياسة وفق قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018 ولائحته التنفيذية، ولا تنتقص من الحقوق الإلزامية المقررة قانونًا.
Exchange & Return Policy — Egypt
For goods received in Egypt, you may request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Non-defective goods must remain in their condition at delivery. Keep the packaging and accessories where needed to restore that condition.
For defective or non-conforming goods, notify us within 30 calendar days of receipt. You may choose replacement or a refund without additional costs, including necessary courier expenses. These requests are handled within one week of contacting us, as required by Egyptian law. Longer warranties or more favourable statutory rights remain unaffected.
The statutory exceptions to returns without a defect include goods whose nature or packaging prevents restoration to their original condition; goods altered or damaged by the customer; goods made to the customer's specific specifications and conforming to them; jewellery and equivalent goods; and underwear once its packaging has been removed. Other statutory exceptions also apply. These exceptions do not remove statutory remedies for defects or non-conformity.
For withdrawal from a non-defective online purchase, the customer bears shipping and return expenses only where Egyptian law permits, unless otherwise agreed. Underground bears expenses for defects, non-conformity and other cases required by law. No blanket courier deduction applies to cases that must legally be free of charge.
Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Refunds for withdrawal from an online goods purchase are issued within seven days of the product being returned. A bank transfer is not mandatory for every refund.
